Shipping and Delivery

We understand how important fast and reliable delivery is to our customers. That’s why we aim to process and dispatch your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below you’ll find all the details about how we handle shipping and delivery.

Production and Dispatch Time
Most of our products are produced and dispatched within two working days from the time your order is placed. Once dispatched, please allow some additional days for the carrier to complete the delivery.

Shipping Methods
We use An Post for smaller items and for parcel deliveries. They offer reliable delivery across Ireland and provide tracking information.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow the progress of your delivery.

Shipping Origin and VAT Information
All orders are shipped from Sweden. We are fully VAT-registered under the VAT number SE556873346201 at the Swedish Tax Agency. 
For private customers in Ireland, we charge and report Irish VAT directly.

If you are a business customer and provide a valid Irish VAT number at checkout, your order will be processed without VAT (intra-Community supply).
